Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Editor.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and edit technical documents for publication on DODs websites and Mobile Apps
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cybersecurity business use
  • Develop and enhance presentations and graphics consistent with style guides and standards

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Writing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in editing and writing, preferably in technical fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Strong research, data gathering, analytical, critical thinking, and listening skills
  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
