Associate Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Lead to provide technical support and solutions for their SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support and resolve complex issues for the Archibus product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and product performance optimization
• Engage with clients to facilitate smooth issue resolution and enhance product support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS software with a focus on technical troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of Archibus and SaaS platform functionalities
• Moderate experience with SQL Server, Azure, SSO, SAML, and APIs
• Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, React.js, Java, XML, and CSS
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools like GitLab and GitHub
