Associate Technical Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Lead for a full-time remote position, responsible for providing Tier 2 technical support, resolving complex issues for the Archibus product, and collaborating across departments to ensure system reliability and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Address complex technical challenges in Archibus to ensure client satisfaction
• Work closely with teams across Technical Support, Cloud Operations, Development, and Professional Services to resolve issues effectively
• Partner directly with customer and partner teams to facilitate smooth issue resolution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS software with expertise in troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong understanding of Archibus and SaaS platform functionalities
• Moderate experience with SQL Server, Azure, SSO, SAML, and APIs
• Proficient in web development technologies including HTML, JavaScript, React.js, Java, XML, and CSS
• Experience with cloud technologies and security protocols such as SAML, SCIM, AWS, and Azure
