Associate Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across multiple teams
• Serve as a technical liaison to ensure clear communication, resolve blockers, and promote transparency in project progress
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and roadmaps for engineering initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) in a technical environment is preferred
• Familiarity with infrastructure providers such as AWS, Snowflake, and Gitlab is preferred
• Technical understanding of web development technologies (e.g., Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Node, or Remix)
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., ProductBoard, Jira, Asana) for project alignment and visibility
• Ability to operate effectively in multi-team engineering environments
