Associate Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution of business system initiatives, the full-time remote Associate Technical Program Manager will manage project requirements, support Salesforce administration, and facilitate cross-functional communication to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to draft and document technical requirements for new initiatives
• Support tactical project execution by tracking tasks and managing blockers while providing status updates
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce, including user management and routine configuration updates

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or technical program management
• Salesforce Administrator certification or demonstrated hands-on experience
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical documentation
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
