Associate Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer implementations, the full-time Associate Technical Project Manager will assist in coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and managing documentation in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project timelines, task lists, and action items across customer implementation projects
• Participate in customer meetings, preparing meeting summaries and project documentation for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables and maintain accurate records in project management tools

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
