Job Summary
Supporting the end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer implementations, the full-time Associate Technical Project Manager will assist in coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and managing documentation in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project timelines, task lists, and action items across customer implementation projects
- Participate in customer meetings, preparing meeting summaries and project documentation for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables and maintain accurate records in project management tools
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
