Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in analysis, maintenance, support, implementation, and testing of software systems
- Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Java-based applications, SQL, and web services
- Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce and Jira for managing ticket lifecycles
