Job Summary

To support military members transitioning to civilian careers, the full-time Skillbridge Associate Technical Sourcer will assist with the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling and onboarding, while building talent pipelines for technical roles in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling and onboarding support
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical roles, engaging passive candidates through multi-channel outreach
• Prepare updates and reports for recruiting and business unit meetings, ensuring compliance with federal regulations

Required qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a related field
• Completion of a minimum of 2 years of coursework
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Proficiency in standard computer applications, including MS Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
