Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare technology team, the full-time Associate Technical Support Analyst will respond to time-sensitive support calls, manage customer-reported cases, and troubleshoot issues on radiology systems while working remotely from anywhere within Canada.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to time-sensitive support calls that impact patient care
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with other teams to drive issue resolution
  • Document all reported incidents in detail and manage a ticket backlog of approximately 20-30 cases
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems or equivalent education from a technical program
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Must currently reside in Canada
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday starting between 5am-9:30am PST with an on-call rotation as needed
