Job Summary
Supporting customers remotely, the full-time Associate Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, focusing on device enrollment, patch deployment, and software installation while ensuring clear communication and case resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Own assigned customer support cases from initial investigation through resolution or escalation
- Troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, endpoint agents, and software deployment
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, tailoring technical detail based on the audience and urgency
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in technical support, IT support, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Practical troubleshooting experience with at least one major operating system: Windows, macOS, or Linux
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, routing, and firewalls
- Comfort reading or adjusting simple scripts, especially PowerShell or Bash
- Ability to manage multiple support cases and maintain clear case documentation
