Associate Technical Writer

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid role based in Santo Domingo, the Associate Technical Writer will create and maintain documentation for the Flash PARCS product line, focusing on troubleshooting guides, QA validation steps, and customer-facing articles while collaborating with QA, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, QA validation steps, internal knowledge base articles, and customer-facing documentation
• Translate technical and operational scenarios into clear, structured instructions that reflect actual system behavior
• Regularly review and update existing documentation to align with product changes, new releases, and known issues

Required qualifications

• Experience with Flash PARCS (OS) or similar parking/access control systems
• Experience in technical writing, QA, or Support roles
• Familiarity with knowledge base tools (e.g., Confluence, Freshdesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting workflows and system behavior in production environments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation tasks independently
