Job Summary
Leading QA initiatives for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects, the full-time Associate Test Manager will define QA strategies, mentor QA engineers, and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategies and best practices for AEM projects
- Develop comprehensive test plans and ensure adherence to testing processes across the SDLC
- Lead accessibility testing initiatives and manage the defect lifecycle using JIRA
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in a QA Lead role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience testing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture and content management concepts
- Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies
