Associate Therapist - PA Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Associate Therapist - PA Licensed will provide initial assessments and evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population while utilizing measurement-informed care to guide clinical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to patients
• Administer and interpret standardized measurement tools to inform treatment plans
• Document sessions in real-time and participate in regular supervision sessions focused on outcome data

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited program or active associate clinical license in Pennsylvania
• Training or experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or MI
• Genuine interest in measurement-informed care and comfort providing therapy in virtual settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
• Self-directed and responsive to the evolving needs of patients and the team
