Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Title Examiner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage a variety of projects involving commercial and residential transactions
Search and examine public records to verify ownership and legal property descriptions

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of title insurance experience in title searching and/or examining
Understanding of relevant legal and real estate terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms
High school diploma or equivalent
