Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Training and Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective user support and issue resolution related to fundraising systems
  • Assist in developing and delivering training sessions for fundraising staff
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and support system enhancements and user adoption
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising, training, or customer support
  • Experience in using or supporting Salesforce or other nonprofit CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of nonprofit fundraising principles and practices
  • Familiarity with data entry and management best practices
