Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Transaction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain pipelines, run exceptions reporting, and manage client rebuttals as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for loan purchases, sales, and settlements
• Create and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and custodians while leveraging technology for reporting and due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a relevant role, preferably within a Due Diligence environment
• Deep understanding of due diligence scope for various mortgage loans
• Working knowledge of residential mortgage secondary market transactions
• Success in consulting with clients and advising multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to grow service offerings within existing client relationships
