Associate Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Underwriter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account and Underwriting Managers to manage benefit plans and complete renewal processes
• Support corporate sales goals by preparing new business quotes and RFP responses with guidance from senior staff
• Monitor financial performance of assigned accounts and provide technical support to Account Managers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Preferred minimum of two years experience in the health insurance industry
• Proficiency in PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to participate in training activities to enhance underwriting knowledge
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
