Associate Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Underwriter to support underwriting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and issue policies, endorsements, cancellations, and non-renewals accurately and timely
• Review policy documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines
• Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and operations teams to support business needs

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance, underwriting support, or a related role
• Basic understanding of commercial insurance principles
• Experience working with AMS or policy administration systems preferred
• Exposure to program business or regulatory/compliance processes preferred
• Comfort working with AI-enabled tools to support workflow efficiency
