Associate Underwriter
Job Summary
Supporting the underwriting team, the full-time Associate Underwriter will review insurance applications, analyze risk factors, and assist in preparing policy documentation while working remotely in Georgia.
Key responsibilities
- Review insurance submissions for completeness and accuracy
- Assist senior underwriters in gathering and verifying underwriting data
- Prepare and maintain policy files and documentation in compliance with guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in insurance, underwriting support, or administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of underwriting principles and risk assessment preferred
