Job Summary
Preparing group renewal quotes, the full-time Associate Underwriter will conduct risk analysis, audit reporting systems, and support underwriting processes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and audit group renewal quotes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Analyze experience reports and client data to maintain data integrity and support strategic decisions
- Assist Underwriters and Analysts with calculations, reporting, and projects related to underwriting functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or 4 years of functional experience in lieu of a degree
- One year of underwriting experience preferred
- Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is preferred
- Competence in using spreadsheet applications
- Clean credit history as reported by credit report
