Associate Underwriter (Contingency)

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Underwriter (Contingency) will prepare rating and binding documentation, track business pipelines, and monitor aggregate exposure while supporting accounting functions in a dynamic specialty insurance environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare rating, quotation, and binding documentation for new and renewal submissions
• Track new business and renewal pipelines to ensure timely processing and follow-ups
• Generate and process policy documents accurately while supporting accounting functions as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of insurance experience, preferably in entertainment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data organization
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Solid math fundamentals for accurate calculation of premiums and commissions
