Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and review new and renewal business to ensure all required information is received
• Prepare underwriting documentation and analyze loss information for underwriter review
• Communicate with producers and internal departments to resolve policy questions and manage account status

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred
• Knowledge of insurance processes, particularly in casualty lines of business
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
