Associate User Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate User Researcher to provide tactical support for research activities that inform the design and delivery of digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day research activities and assist with participant recruitment and session scheduling
• Capture detailed notes and observations during research sessions and help compile raw data for analysis
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of research documentation, journey maps, and persona updates

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in UX research or related field
• Understanding of basic UX research processes and tools
• Ability to manage logistics and contribute to the execution of research studies
• Comfortable collaborating in a hybrid/remote environment
• Interest in advancing UX maturity through tactical research contributions
