Associate UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for a Scrum team and contribute to annual UX team initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate problem statements and explore innovative design solutions
• Deliver user interfaces that adhere to design principles and contribute to the product delivery strategy

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of UX design and/or product design experience
• Fluency in Figma and other commonly-used design tools
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and testing methodologies
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and managing multiple design projects
• Experience creating or working with Design Systems
