Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Delegated Vendor Management to join their Specialty Contracting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations related to delegated dental and vision vendor contracts, addressing member and provider issues
• Implement contracting strategies and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and support cost-saving initiatives
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and support account management tasks, including financial operations and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, consulting, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in provider network strategy development and contract negotiation
• Experience with end-to-end project management
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional working experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in financial analyses and managing large data sets (preferred)
