Job Summary
Leading technology transformation engagements, the full-time Associate Vice President of Change Management will serve as a senior advisor to healthcare executives, driving the adoption of digital and enterprise technology solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior lead for technology transformation engagements, including EHR/ERP implementations and digital modernization
- Design and execute change strategies that drive adoption of new technologies and workflows across healthcare organizations
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work while mentoring junior team members in management and client leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10+ years of experience in technology transformation, change management, or strategic communications, ideally within healthcare
- Experience supporting technology/system implementations such as EHR, ERP, and AI tools
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder analysis, change strategy, and building change networks
- Strong understanding of healthcare organizational structures, especially in provider environments
