Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, CX.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth in the CX-Contact Center Intelligence Business Unit within the BFSI vertical
• Develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and foster relationships with key customers and partners
• Create and close large deals by identifying target accounts and promoting the company's solutions

Required Qualifications

• Over 15 years of career experience, with at least 10 years in selling professional engineering services and IP-led solutions
• Strong background in the Contact Center and CCaaS market segment
• Experience in creating and closing large deals
• Proven ability to develop account plans and sales tactics
• Expertise in managing a healthy sales pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
