Associate Vice President of Digital Engagement

Job Summary

Leading THL's global digital engagement strategy, the full-time Associate Vice President of Digital Engagement will oversee a multidisciplinary team to enhance supporter mobilization across digital channels, driving meaningful impact for animals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and evolve a 3+ year digital engagement strategy to grow THL's global supporter base
• Own and enhance the cross-channel online supporter lifecycle strategy from acquisition to retention
• Establish team-wide KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or engagement, with senior-level leadership overseeing multi-channel campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital systems, including CRM and analytics tools
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of digital performance metrics and experience in data-informed decision-making
• Experience working across international markets and tailoring content for diverse audiences
