Key responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with franchise and commercial teams to enhance hotel performance
• Develop and implement commercial plans to improve market share and revenue
• Conduct analyses and provide actionable insights to address performance issues and opportunities

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience with a major hotel brand or franchise operator
• Experience in limited/select service spaces
• Functional expertise in sales, marketing, or revenue management
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven track record of driving results in a matrixed environment
