Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President of HBCU Programs to lead initiatives focused on student success at Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with intermediary HBCU partners and oversee program execution
  • Provide leadership and coaching to a team focused on individual HBCU institutions
  • Develop strategies for Communities of Practice and share best practices in HBCU coaching

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, with preference for HBCU graduates
  • Ten years of management experience, preferably in higher education or non-profit sectors
  • Experience in program design, execution, and evaluation
  • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with HBCUs
  • Strong business acumen, including analytical and quantitative skills
