Associate Vice President of Vendor Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President of Vendor Partnerships & External Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to set goals aligned with the organization's mission and priorities
• Oversee vendor partnerships, including negotiations and performance monitoring
• Design and direct the Revenue Cycle Strategy & Performance areas, managing team objectives and talent development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations
• At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise-level initiatives
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams at the director level or above
• Proven experience in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management
