A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, Planned Giving and Endowments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a strategic vision for planned giving and community investment
• Oversee and support planned giving and endowment professionals, sharing best practices and resources
• Lead the integration of planned giving efforts into all fundraising initiatives and develop evaluation metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Jewish communal field or similar organizations
• Advanced knowledge of endowments and planned giving vehicles
• Experience overseeing Donor Advised Fund programs
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
