Job Summary
Leading project delivery excellence, the full-time Associate Vice President, PMO will manage a team of project managers, govern portfolio health, and oversee key accounts in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
- Govern project performance across the agency portfolio, tracking financials, resourcing, timelines, and risk to ensure delivery excellence
- Translate portfolio and financial data into KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to facilitate informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing agency setting
- Proven track record of building and governing project management processes and reporting
- Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and forecasting
- Experience leading and developing a team of project managers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
