Associate Video Editor

Job Summary

To support a dynamic communications team, the full-time Associate Video Editor will collaborate on creating compelling digital video assets, working remotely while managing video editing and photography tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Video Editor and communications staff to produce engaging videos that align with messaging goals
• Review, edit, and deliver polished photography in partnership with the Campaign Photographer
• Create shotlists and storyboards while brainstorming innovative solutions for video-related challenges

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Exceptional editorial judgment and understanding of modern media, especially social media vertical video
• Robust interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
• Availability to work some nights and weekends as needed
