Associate VP of Engineering

Job Summary

Providing executive leadership for the software engineering organization, the full-time Associate VP of Engineering will define and execute engineering strategy, oversee software development practices, and foster innovation in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the long-term engineering strategy to align with product vision and business objectives
• Ensure engineering excellence through oversight of Software Engineering, Agentic Engineering, and Test Engineering
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and performance metrics to enhance software quality and developer productivity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering or engineering leadership within a technology organization
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Demonstrated success in high-performing engineering organizations delivering secure and scalable software in Agile environments
• Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices, CI/CD, and engineering operational excellence
