Associate VP of Product Management

Job Summary

Providing executive leadership for the strategy and lifecycle management of the Access product portfolio, the full-time Associate VP of Product Management will drive customer-centered innovation and align product strategy with business objectives while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term strategy for LaunchPad & Product Research, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Provide executive oversight for product management practices and research methodologies to support high-quality product development
• Establish scalable product management processes that drive continuous improvement and maximize organizational value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in edtech leadership, product management, or related roles within a technology organization
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing Product Managers and cross-functional product teams
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing long-term product strategy for complex technology portfolios
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled product development and modern product management methodologies
