Associate Watch Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GSOC Associate Watch Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for fire and security alarms
• Engage with digital video surveillance and access control systems to enhance security
• Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency communications and documentation of security incidents

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Two years of experience with security systems or related fields required
• Experience in an emergency command center or security surveillance preferred
• Familiarity with Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office preferred
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and accept overtime hours
