Associate Web Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting web production tasks in a remote environment, the full-time Associate Web Specialist will assist in coordinating content publishing, ensuring quality standards, and learning to align team efforts with broader web strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating web content publishing and updates across geos and divisions while maintaining corporate standards
• Perform final quality checks before go-live to ensure content accuracy, linking, geo alignment, and SEO standards are met
• Support execution of web campaigns, including landing pages and product updates, while learning to identify and flag issues

Required qualifications:

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in web production or digital marketing
• BA or BS in marketing, design, business, or comparable education/experience
• Basic understanding of SEO, GEO, and AEO principles
• Experience working with growth websites of various sizes and geo-locales
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
