Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate resolution of BCBSA Inter-Plan Executive Escalations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Research, analyze, and prepare data for business decisions while producing various business documents
  • Participate in or lead projects, ensuring effective resource use and adherence to project management standards
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Project management skills with experience in leading or supporting projects
  • Solid understanding of the health insurance industry
  • Experience with PC office software such as SharePoint and MS Office applications
