Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assortment Planner (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

Develop pre-season assortment plans aligned with merchandise and financial strategies
Create and maintain vendor plans and forecasts, communicating results and outlooks monthly
Analyze business performance and partner with teams to optimize inventory and sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

Degrees in Apparel, Merchandising, Design, Finance/Economics, Retail Management, or related fields preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
Experience with Power BI is a plus
Advanced understanding of retail math
