Athena Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Athena Systems & Enrollment Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete EFT, ERA, EDI setup and enrollment with health plans
• Identify and resolve revenue leakage through data analysis and ensure data integrity across systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and maintain enrollment tables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of Athena systems and AthenaCollector payer enrollment table strongly preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in managed care credentialing or billing required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
