Job Summary

Managing daily operations for Omnichannel programs, the full-time remote Athlete Order Coordinator will ensure optimal performance of services like Buy Online Pickup In Store and Same Day Delivery while providing exceptional customer service and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Omnichannel inquiries and customer service escalations, maintaining detailed records of issues and solutions
• Oversee daily operations of store-facing Omnichannel programs, including order management and fulfillment optimization
• Coordinate presale and championship event operations, collaborating with buyers and vendors to enhance inventory management and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BSBA)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Preferred retail experience
