Athletic Consultant

Job Summary

Athletic Consultant will work full-time in a remote capacity, providing support for the Playbook App by assisting clients with onboarding, training, and ongoing application support while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for club directors and staff using the Playbook App, assisting with onboarding and training
• Support athletes, parents, and club staff with app inquiries and document user feedback to enhance the overall experience
• Assist with marketing initiatives and track engagement metrics related to the Playbook App

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of college playing experience or division 1 collegiate/professional athletic experience preferred
• Experience providing high-level client service to individuals at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated success in collaborative work across internal and external stakeholders
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and support initiatives
