Athletics Fundraising Manager

Job Summary

Focused on building relationships with fundraising volunteers, the full-time Athletics Fundraising Manager will implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising strategies to exceed revenue goals for Blood Cancer United's mission while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize mission-centered local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to meet revenue goals and coach participants in effective fundraising practices
• Cultivate registered participants for assigned sports/events, providing leadership and guidance in executing fundraising plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital, social media, and emerging online channels
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Able to supervise volunteers and manage multiple priorities effectively
