Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time remote Athletics Fundraising Manager will build relationships with fundraising volunteers and implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives to exceed revenue goals within the Athletics sport/event offering.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams to effectively communicate the organization's mission and organize local donor cultivation events
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising efforts and execute annual revenue plans to meet financial goals
- Cultivate relationships with registered participants and coach them in developing and executing fundraising plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or related fields
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital and social media channels
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Able to supervise volunteers and manage multiple priorities effectively
