Athletics Travel Manager
Job Summary
Providing athletic travel support, the full-time Athletics Travel Manager will manage domestic and international travel arrangements for coaches, athletes, and staff, ensuring high-quality service in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange all aspects of athletic individual and team travel, including air, hotel, and transportation bookings
- Handle vacation coverages for onsite schools and manage group hotel and bus invoicing to meet deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients through effective communication
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Sabre GDS with at least five years of travel agency experience
- Experience in air, car, and hotel booking, including knowledge of airline exchanges
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and general office PC-based programs
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a commitment to punctuality
