Atlassian Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the Defense Health Agency's healthcare transformation, the fully remote Atlassian Administrator will manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support to end-users.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence instances to support business processes
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and plugins, and integrate Atlassian tools with other organizational systems
• Conduct training sessions for new users and create documentation for best practices and procedures

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in a relevant role
• Current Security+ Certification
• Expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating Atlassian products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred
