Job Summary

To transform the agile tooling landscape, the remote contract Atlassian Agile Coach & Administrator will provide technical vision, administer Jira and Confluence, and empower cross-functional teams through optimized tool configurations and Agile best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, and essential third-party integrations
• Design and manage complex schemas customized to enterprise agile processes
• Onboard, support, and train users across the enterprise on optimized Atlassian system usage and Agile methodologies

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and major add-ons)
• Strong practical understanding of SDLC, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to create custom workflow solutions, screens, and dashboards for agile reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
