Atlassian Cloud Administrator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and technically proficient, the full-time remote Atlassian Cloud Administrator will manage the company's Atlassian Cloud platform, including Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, while partnering with various teams to enhance workflows, reduce manual tasks, and ensure system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of the Atlassian Cloud stack, including configuration and maintenance of Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud
• Design and maintain dashboards, reporting, and automation rules to enhance operational efficiency and visibility
• Evaluate and manage Atlassian Marketplace Cloud apps while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on administration of Atlassian Cloud, specifically Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud
• Deep expertise in configuring Jira Cloud projects, workflows, and security schemes
• Strong experience with Jira Service Management Cloud and building Jira Cloud Automation rules
• Technical fluency in Atlassian's integration and reporting tools, including JQL and REST APIs
• Working understanding of security, privacy, and vendor risk fundamentals in a SaaS context
