Job Summary

Working remotely, the Atlassian Consultant will design and implement scalable solutions for digital transformation projects, ensuring efficient operation of Atlassian tools while enhancing client productivity through automation and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Execute configurations and improvements within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Assets) to ensure efficient daily operations
• Support diagnostics and process mapping, translating business requirements into technical configurations on the platform
• Implement and maintain workflows, automations, and permission schemes, adhering to established best practices

Required qualifications

• Advanced or fluent English communication skills for daily interactions with international clients and teams
• Proven practical experience in administering, configuring, and optimizing Atlassian products (Cloud or Data Center)
• Solid knowledge of ITIL 4 and principles of ITSM/Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with the ability to apply them within the tools
• Autonomy in resolving technical issues and configuring native automations proactively
• Experience with migrations and integrations (Assets, APIs, Guard, Forge)
